CoviFind / MDPL website / apps collect information in two ways:

Passive Collection of Unidentifiable Information: CoviFind / MDPL Website / apps may collect information about your visits to CoviFind / MDPL Website / apps without you actively submitting such information. Unidentifiable information may be collected using various technologies, such as cookies, Internet tags, and web beacons. Your Internet browser automatically transmits to CoviFind / MDPL Website / apps some of this unidentifiable information, such as the URL of the Website / app you just visited and the browser version your computer is operating. Personal Information you submit in our contact forms: CoviFind gathers private information that you enter on CoviFind / MDPL website / apps in data areas into data fields on CoviFind / MDPL Website / apps. For example, you may submit your names, postal address, e-mail address, and/or other information in order to receive information about various subjects, register for CoviFind / MDPL programs, contact CoviFind / MDPL customer service or respond to CoviFind / MDPL surveys and forms. Collecting and Using Your Personal Data:

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Data Storage

We receive data input into the Apps and CoviFind Web Portal (user ID and password) before it is securely transferred and stored in cloud servers, which are located in India. We have implemented appropriate security measures and controls to protect personal information.

Information Collected while Using the Application

While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect with your prior permission:

• • Pictures of the test device from your device's camera and photo library.
• • We write files to external/internal storage of the phone when you take a photo of the test device.
• • We read files from external/internal storage of the phone when you view your previous reports.

We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company's servers or it may be simply stored on your device.

You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings, But doing so will not allow you to take photo of the test device and we'll not be able to tell you your test result.

CoviFind / MDPL will use the personal information you provide through CoviFind / MDPL Website / apps to respond to your questions and to provide you with efficient customer service. After you have entered personal information into a form or data field on a CoviFind / MDPL Website / app, CoviFind / MDPL may use certain identifying technologies to allow that Website / app to "remember" your personal preferences, such as sections of that Website / app that you visit frequently and, if you choose, your user ID. We may also use this personal information to offer you the opportunity to receive notifications regarding CoviFind / MDPL or its affiliates products or services or to invite you to participate in surveys about our products.

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• • To report the results to ICMR or any other regulatory body as required per the law of land at that time.
• • We Keep/store details when the User contacts COVIFIND directly for information.
• • To provide services & technical support.
• • To share promotional offers in interest of consumers. (With consent)
• • To track Apps usage so we can improve content and functionality
• • Where required by applicable laws governing the use of the COVIFIND APP system, including for the purposes of applicable regulatory requirements, quality management, including product development and improvement, safety, performance, and vigilance.
• • where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims and as otherwise required by applicable law.

CoviFind / MDPL may consolidate the personal information of customers who use CoviFind / MDPL Website / apps. We use this information to help us better design CoviFind / MDPL Website / apps and CoviFind / MDPL products, to communicate information to you, to enhance our marketing and research activities, and to facilitate other business functions.

Retention of Your Personal Data:

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

You may always limit the amount and type of personal information that CoviFind / MDPL receives about you by choosing not to enter any personal information into forms or data fields on CoviFind / MDPL Website / apps. Some of our online services can only be provided to you if you provide us with appropriate personal information. Other parts of CoviFind / MDPL Website / apps may ask whether you wish to opt-out or opt into our contact lists for offers, promotions and additional services that may be of interest to you.

You may also be provided with preference questions or preference boxes allowing you to indicate that you do not want CoviFind / MDPL Website / apps to use tracking technologies, such, to "remember" your personal information, such as user IDs or mailing addresses, on return visits. Where required by law, CoviFind / MDPL will not disclose your personal information to third parties for those third parties’ marketing purposes, unless you have been provided with an opportunity to opt in to or opt-out of this disclosure.

However, if CoviFind / MDPL sells one of its product lines or divisions, your personal information may be transferred to the buyer so that the buyer can continue to provide you with information and services. If CoviFind / MDPL provides your personal information to individuals and entities which assist us with our business activities, it is CoviFind / MDPL practice to require those individuals and entities to keep your personal information confidential and to use your personal information only to perform functions for CoviFind / MDPL.

Law Enforcement

Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Your Personal Data, if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

It is CoviFind / MDPL practice to secure each web page that collects personal information; however, the confidentiality of personal information transmitted over the Internet cannot be guaranteed. We urge you to exercise caution when transmitting personal information over the Internet, especially personal information related to your health. CoviFind / MDPL cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not gain access to your personal information; therefore, when submitting personal information to CoviFind / MDPL Website / apps, you must weigh both the benefits and the risks.

In addition, CoviFind / MDPL Website / apps covered by this Privacy Policy will display a warning whenever you link to a Website / app that is not controlled by CoviFind / MDPL or subject to a CoviFind / MDPL Privacy Policy; you should check the privacy policies of such third-party Website / apps before submitting personal information. Personal information is stored in CoviFind / MDPL common servers and CoviFind / MDPL has reasonable security Practices and Procedures for securing such information.

CoviFind / MDPL does not knowingly collect or use any personal information from children (we define "children" as minors younger than 13) on CoviFind / MDPL Website / apps. We do not knowingly allow children to order our products, communicate with us, or use any of our online services. If you are a parent and become aware that your child has provided us with information, please contact us using one of the methods specified below, and we will work with you to address this issue.

Children may be tested using MERIL COVIFIND APP, under proper guidance. At any time, a parent/guardian may stop the collection of a child’s personal information, including health-related information, by contacting COVIFIND involved in COVID19 testing and requesting that the account be deleted. This action will delete the account associated with the child, but COVIFIND will retain aggregated and de-identified information and may need to retain certain personal information as required by law.

You may request to remove your personal information from our current customer records or to amend your personal information. Please notify us of your wishes by contacting us in one of the ways specified below. For our record-keeping purposes, we will retain certain personal information you submit.

Deleting Your COVIFIND APP Account

If you would like to delete your COVIFIND APP account, you may do so by contacting us at info@covifind.com. Please be aware that if you delete your account, we will retain aggregated and de-identified information and may need to retain certain personal information as required by law.

In all communications to CoviFind / MDPL, please include the email address used for registration (if applicable), the Website / app address or the specific CoviFind / MDPL program to which you provided personal information), and a detailed explanation of your request. If you would like to delete or amend your personal information and are contacting us by e-mail, please put the "Deletion Request" or "Amendment Request, as applicable, in the subject line of the e-mail. We will do our best to respond to all reasonable requests in a timely manner.

This Privacy Notice is subject to change from time to time. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify the terms of this Privacy Notice from time to time in order to ensure compliance with applicable laws or in response to changing regulatory or operational requirements (“Updated Terms”). The Updated Terms shall be effective immediately (unless we state otherwise) and shall supersede the terms of this Privacy Notice. We will notify you of any changes to this Privacy Notice if the changes significantly affect your rights or as may be required by law. Your continued use of the COVIFIND APP Applications after any updates will mean you have accepted those changes. If you do not agree to the updates you should stop using the Service and cancel your subscription. This Privacy Notice is kept under regular review. If we make material changes to our privacy practices, an updated version of this Privacy Notice will reflect those changes.

Without prejudice to your rights under applicable law, we reserve the right to update and amend this Privacy Notice without prior notice to reflect technological advancements, legal and regulatory changes and good business practices to the extent that it does not change the privacy practices as set out in this Privacy Notice.
